The Forest Sauna

Nestled in an idyllic woodland clearing, home of Happy River Retreat, The Forest Sauna is a little slice of forest heaven. Far from the madding crowd, it offers a space to relax and unwind in nature, whilst enjoying the benefits of a traditional, wood-fired sauna. You can choose from a host of hour-long slots, one of our special event pop-ups, as the perfect quirky gift, or even become a regular by joining our Forest Sauna Club.

 

With a panoramic picture-window looking out to the forest beyond, the flickering flames of the fire & the steam rising from the stove (known as löyly to the Finnish), it doesn't get much more idyllic! With a dedicated changing space, jungle shower & cold plunge pool, you’ll leave this little sanctuary feeling refreshed & rejuvenated in mind, body and soul.
